<p>I'm not sure I'm the best person to be talking about this - for all my obsessiveness with this hobby I do still have massive gaps in my knowledge and oversight. It's also a topic I'm pretty sure gets talked about relatively frequently in AMV spaces in some form or another, and generally I tend not to engage with it as perceived AMV quality isn't something that usually bothers me.
